Please submit one request. All requests must be approved by SAWC Spring Management.
You may reserve a meeting room for a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day.  A processing fee will apply per meeting room.

For submissions made prior to March 15:
Half-day (up to 4 hours) = $600
Full-day = $1,200

For submissions received on March 15 or later:
Half-day (up to 4 hours) = $800
Full-day = $1,600

A limited number of meeting rooms are available and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dates available: April 6; April 7; April 8; April 9; April 10
Times available for half-day meetings: 7:00 am - 11:00 am, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
If you are reserving the meeting for a full-day, you may choose your start and end time at your discretion.

NOTE: Meeting space is held for exhibiting companies. Requests from non-exhibiting companies will be at the discretion of SAWC and if approved, may be assigned space at an off-site hotel property.
